Soldering thermal testing

The In-situ Soldering BOX advances soldering thermal testing by visualizing the invisible dynamics of the soldering process in real time. This X-ray compatible thermal chamber provides a unique window into solder paste reflow, allowing for the continuous monitoring of solidification and void formation as they occur.

The In-situ Soldering BOX is designed to analyze solder joints using X-ray radiography. Consisting of a special chamber for simulating pressure and
a heating plate, it recreates the soldering thermal process during the X-ray analysis. Precise control over thermal profiles enables the simulation of the entire reflow cycle, while integrated pressure control facilitates the detailed study of joint quality and material behavior in real time.
